Qigong is a system of healing and energy practices from ancient China. This health management system incorporates breathing techniques, gentle movement, self-acupressure and relaxation/meditation to cleanse, strengthen and circulate the life force in the body.
Tai Chi developed out of the practice of Qigong. Tai Chi consists of a walking sequence of set postures, practiced slowly with smooth transitions between the postures.
Meditation in an integral portion of these practices as it helps us reestablish the body, heart/mind spirit connection.
