I am a certified Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor and Healer and a Master Mindfulness Practitioner. I have taught group, private and corporate classes for over 20 years.
I am dedicated to making healing practices available to everyone. My classes, which include a wide variety of Qigong forms, contemporary and traditional Tai Chi forms and meditation techniques, are suitable for all experience and fitness levels.
