There are many forms and styles of Qigong. Some of the forms I teach are the Eight Brocades, Seven Precious Gestures, Phases of Qi, 18 Tai Chi Qigong, Five Treasures, Fang Song Gong, Qi Wand, Five Elements and Seated Qigong. All are simple to learn and appropriate for any fitness level.
A daily practice of Tai Chi helps create wellness and vitality. I teach beginning Yang Style forms, the Sun Style Arthritis Form and several contemporary forms.
Meditation practices range from simple relaxation techniques to more complex forms. There are standing, seated and prone meditation practices. All are adaptable for individual capabilities and healing needs.
